Security Matters

Oakwood is an access-controlled complex situated in the heart of Pinehurst. Our security is managed by Servest, our appointed security service provider. In addition to 24-hour on-site personnel, a dedicated roaming vehicle patrols the estate to enhance visibility and response times.

For ease of entry, residents are reminded to provide visitors with a Gatekeeper access code prior to arrival. This system helps streamline access and egress while maintaining a high level of security. Please ensure that the code is used upon both arrival and departure.

Contractor Access Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
• Sunday & Public Holidays: No contractor access permitted
