Access Types

The Admin Room (24 Jourdan, right next to the Vivier Guard House), is used to enroll all residents. The process takes around 1-2 minutes per resident. Households are encouraged to come together to speed up the process.

Please note the following:

Residents wishing to register their hands for access control, MUST be enrolled on the Gatekeeper system.

We don’t accept walk-in’s –PLEASE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

All residents to please bring positive identification (ID, drivers license or passport)

Residents wishing to enroll people not living in Oakwood, please see this link.

Oakwood Estate makes use of the Gate Keeper Visitor Management System. Visitors are required to sign into the Estate with a valid Driver’s Licence and Vehicle Registration Disc.

Residents are encouraged to make use of the Communicator App (iOS and Android) to create visitor entry codes (Appointment), making the process at the gate faster and more secure.

If you are a resident in Oakwood, please register all household members individually below.

The sign-up will be verified by IPG, our Managing Agents, so please be patient while these processes are followed.

Please note: Make sure you choose the correct Notification Type. iOS if you have an Apple iPhone, Android for Samsung, Huawei, Sony, etc. ONLY choose Email if you don’t have a Smart Phone.

Residents are required to supply a pin code generated by the GateKeeper App, which would allow them access into and out of the estate.

Notifications are sent to your GateKeeper App upon entrance, but not exit.
