Please be advised that each member is obliged to inform the Oakwood Home Owners Association (OHOA) Committee of the intention to sell their property and stipulate the anticipated date of registration of transfer as well as the identity of the purchaser.
Further to the above kindly be advised that the sale of a property within Oakwood Village requires a site inspection to be completed by the Associations Supervising Architect.
Kindly ensure that your property is in a neat condition and that all items installed / erected at your property has received the necessary approval from the OHOA, OHOA Supervising Architect or Council where applicable.
This will ensure that there are no delays with the transferring of the property.

Please inform our Estate Manager via email when a tenant moves out, so we can remove them from the Gatekeeper and Wave Reader Systems.

Kindly register on Gate keeper and book an appointment to subsequently complete your wave reader enrolment prior to occupation (This service is only available during normal Office Hours). This will ensure that you have access to and from the village on the date when moving into the property. Please note that a copy of the lease agreement would be required for verification and successful registration and enrolment.
