Please note that single link trucks (horse with one trailer only) is permitted entry to the village. Kindly furnish the Estate Manager (oakwood@inpg.co.za) with the date and time your removal truck will require access. Removal trucks are to enter and exit via the residents' entrance and exit lanes and will be accompanied by the Association's Armed Response officer to the relevant property.
Please report faulty streetlights either to City of Cape Town directly, or to our Estate Manager on oakwood@inpg.co.za, who will report in on your behalf.
To report a faulty street light, you can report it to the City of Cape Town online, via SMS, or by phone. For the most direct and efficient method, use the City's online service request portal at www.capetown.gov.za/servicerequests, send an SMS to 31220, or call the customer call centre at 0860103089
Please report directly to our Estate Manager on oakwood@inpg.co.za or 0729289330 so he can arrange for the area to be cordoned off, and get a removal team in.
