Oakwood Estate, developed by Garden Cities, has been in existence since 2008. A total of 661 freestanding houses were built, and the last house was handed over in March 2016. It is situated in Pinehurst, on the corner of Langeberg and Brackenfell Boulevard, between Durbanville and Kraaifontein.
